Abstract | With the use of a complex of programs and FactSage data basis for thermodynamic calculations there was carried out thermodynamic analysis of microimpurities distribution between the products of Kola MMC pyrometallurgical products for several types of outside feed — copper-cobalt alloy of Konkola Copper Mines, copper cake from Norilsk Nickel Harjavalta and matte from Fortaleza electro furnaces. As options for these materials processing the authors have considered autogenous smelting, smelting in ore-thermal furnaces, converting together with conventional products; separately they have analyzed circuits for produced slags processing. The article presents the dependence of arsenic, lead, zinc and bismuth recovery to smelting products on the process temperature. There is emphasized that the design composition of interacting phases is close enough to the industrial data. Basing on the results of the calculations there are given recommendations on the possibility of outside feed processing and preferable methods. |
