Abstract | Development of mineral resources and hydrocarbonic raw materials in territories of Ural Mountains is accompanied by infringement of ground and water resources. Now there is No. the legislative base defining the mechanism of liquidation of a damage from environmental contamination that extremely negatively affects an ecological situation not only in old industrial region, but also in other regions of Ural Mountains. Works according to use of the earths by the mining enterprises are begun at mining Institute in 1970th years. In industrial scale non-conventional ways of creation restorational a layer — with a clay hydroalluvium (to 2–3 sm) and application of the dehydrated deposits of sewage of city treatment facilities that corresponded to requirements of state standards on formation restorational a layer are investigated and tested. Since 1999 on the present experts of institute conduct researches of dynamics of use of the earths by the complexes extracting and processing natural raw materials located within the Ural federal district. As a result of the spent researches it is established that the total area of the broken earths at development of oil and gas deposits in Yamal-Nenets and Khanty-Mansiysk autonomous regions more than in 3 times exceeds the broken areas in the others, together taken territorial units of the Ural federal district. The dynamics of land use by the complexes mining and processing nature resources in the region has shown the need to adjusting conventional restoration methods as applied to northern territories. The ground waters quality in the areas of hydro-dynamic impact of mining enterprises, both during mining and after its completion, is deteriorating. To prevent water sources loss it is recommended to undertake warning measures on surveying and putting new sources into exploitation when developing the deposits. The article is made ready on the results of investigations performed within the framework of the UB RAS inter-disciplinary project No. 12-M-23457-2041 “Earth mineral resources development: the prospects of expansion and all-round mineral raw material base development of the Urals mining-metallurgical complex”. |
