Abstract | Ferroelectric materials are widely used in the technology of heat-sensitive sensors. Promising applications of the PbA0,5Nb0,5O3 (A = Fe, In, Co, Mn) ferroelectric phases promotes the research of their electrophysical properties, e.g. electric resistance, permittivity, thermosensitivity coefficient, resistance temperature coefficient etc. The reported data show the possibility of using these compositions as heat-sensitive materials for temperature sensors including temperature-sensitive sensor cables for operation in the 20—600o temperature range. |
