| Abstract | In autumn 2010 an expert commission under the supervision of Francois Russelle, vice-president of Electricite de France (EDF), finished its work. The commission was formed by the Government of France after the defeat of French group AREVA in the tender for construction of an NPP in United Arab Emirates. Among the tasks of the commission was the analysis of situation in French atomic industry and providing recommendations on improving its functioning. |
