Potassium

Physical and chemical properties, theory and technology of the methods of industrial production, as well as fields of application of potassium and its alloys are considered. Especial attention is paid to interaction between potassium and different elements in solid and liquid state, as well as to thermodynamics of these processes. The book includes wide material about thermodynamical properties of liquid alloys of potassium with elements of I-VI groups of the Periodical system. Usage of potassium and its alloys in different power units is discussed.
