Extraction-electrolysis methods of zinc raw materials processing
P. A. Kozlov, L. A. Kazanbaev, A. V. Zatonskiy, V. F. Travkin
The book presents the material, which describes the extraction-electrolysis methods of zinc raw materials processing. The extraction processes are commonly used in the hydrometallurgy for extraction the metals from the sollutions and pulp. These solutions and pulp are obtained as a result of leaching the ores and concentrates. Generally, the zinc ores contain the sufficient amounts of impurities. That is why, in this research, there are considered the extraction processes of zinc, copper, cobalt, nickel, lead and other metals.
As the water solutions, there are concidered the muriatic, sulfuric and ammoniac solutions, because they, exactly, as a rule, are used in the hydrometallurgy. The basic, neutral, acid and chelating organic reagents are considered as the non-ferrous` extractants. The choice of an extragent is determined by the chemical nature of the aqueous phase.
There is considered the possibility of the non-ferrous metals extraction from complex technological solutions (by the salt composition). These solutions are obtained by processing of the various industrial products and other forms of the anthropogenic raw materials.
