The extraction of non-ferrous and noble metals from the electronic waste
L. S. Strizhko, S. I. Loleyt
There is considered the existing status of the theory and practice of the electronic waste processing. On the basis of the ten-year analysis of the electronic waste, which comes on the processing, there is suggested its new classification, according to the content of non-ferrous and noble metals. There are proposed nine process flowsheets of the waste processing. The adaptability of the process flowsheets to the 6 types of raw materials is tested, the technological parameters and discharge coefficients are specified. This allows to identify the cost price of the obtained unit of noble metal, on the basis of the economic calculation, and choose the efficient one.
It is found that the most schemes contain the acid dissolution, the roasting, the melting.
On the basis of the experiments, there is suggested the technological scheme of the extraction of silver, copper, tin and lead into the individual products. The experimental industrial check of the offered scheme is held.
There is offered the mathematical model of choosing the certain technology by method of creating the dual problem and its numerical solution. This mathematical model is offered for the right choise of the optimal technology, for each sort of raw materials and increasing the effeciency of the capacity load.
