EXPLORE THE BIG MARKET IN SOUTHWEST CHINA, LEAD THE SURFACE FINISHING TREND IN 2020 (12+)

2020 Chongqing (China) International Surface Finishing, Electroplating and Coating Exhibition will be held in Chongqing International Expo Center on May 28^th to 30^st 2020.

As the most professional and fast growing surface finishing exhibition in China, SF EXPO is the only global surface engineering expo approved by UFI. It makes great contributions to the technology exchange and international trade for surface finishing industry every year. In order to better serve the southwest market, SF EXPO organizing committee made strategic expansion in 2013 by holding the exhibition in Guangzhou and Chongqing every other year. At present, SF EXPO has been successfully held 13 times in Guangzhou, three times in Chongqing, which has been deeply recognized by the industry.

In order to adapt to the booming development of southwest manufacturing industry, at the last SF EXPO in Chongqing, there were total 318 overseas and domestic companies from 16 countries and regions, such as CONVENTYA, EAC, HUACHUANG, Lidao, PAT, Xingyi, CLP II, SPE, Jidao, Chengao, Jianzheng Electroplating, Juke, Wagner, Gema, Yudong, Xinliguang, Landtech, JOIHEY, Mingyi Coating, SQROBOT, Haosheng Coating, CNISOO. Various manufacturers that own the latest surface treatment technology, equipment and raw materials launched core frontier products and technologies competed to display the most advanced technology, equipment and solutions to meet the needs of southwest manufacturing industry.The exhibition area reached 11,500sqm, increased 53.33% compared with the previous SF EXPO in Chongqing. It attracted 11,343 visitors with 8.67% overseas visitors.

Surface treatment has always been an indispensable part of the manufacturing industry, moreover, its decorative and functional performance greatly affect the added value of the products. With the implementation of the national western development and “One Belt, One Road” strategy, the economy of southwest China is injected with more power and develops rapidly. Chongqing is not only an important modern manufacturing base and high-tech industrial base, but also the economics and financial center of the upper Yangtze River, radiating many important cities such as Xi’an, Luoyang, Zhengzhou, Wuhan, Changsha, Guiyang, Liuzhou, Nanning, ect. As the government carries out some national preferential policies on taxes and services, the business investment increases rapidly in the west. The world’s top 500 enterprises such as FORD, SIEMENS, BOSCH, HP, GE, MAZDA, POSCO, SCHNEIDER ELECTRIC, ASUS, SHARP and BAOSTEEL establish offices here one after another. With Chongqing as the core strategic stronghold of the Silk Road Economic Belt, the southwest market will be bound to usher in a more vigorous development.

The organizer expects a total exhibition area of 15,000sqm, 400 exhibitiors and 20,000 professional visits in SF EXPO 2020.
